Down the Line

Feel like I've lost momentum in writing on my Bloggy McBloggerson this last week, which is sad considering that blogging has been such a positive addition to my life this past year. The upside is that the inspiration has not left. And my happiness has certainly increased with the growing and diverging avenues of activities I choose to participate in. New friends have opened the door to new thoughts and new exploits. Having an idea & seeing it materialize itself in the form of delicious loaves of challah has been both sweet on my tongue and my heart. Spending time with my family has brought me back to 100%. Dancing until 4 in the morning in a sexy new city with sexy new people has awakened the need to travel and taste new "flavors". Getting sick has meant primo bed and NPR catchup time under the covers. Learning that loneliness is not a matter of physical company but a spiritual need has been empowering. As is the happiness that comes along with sitting in a cozy coffee shop with Noah and the Whale in my earphones and honeyed English tea on my taste buds. Friendships that are consistently gifting me with mutual insight and love have continued to leave me amazed and appreciative. As is opening the door to a naked stripper with whipped cream on her breasts. Oh College. Along with all of life's lessons and tests that I barely but successfully manage to pass.

Regardless of whether the posts are published, the thoughts still flow. Along with the good times and great people experiencing them with me. You should hop on the party wagon. There's room, I promise.
